Pros
Superior Staying Power
I applied my eyeliner at 6:30 am. It’s 10 pm as I’m writing this, and it’s still there. It looks as flawless as it did when I applied. I’ve checked it sporadically throughout the day, and there is zero transfer. No setting spray or powder is needed.
Affordable
When it comes to makeup that works as well as this liquid eyeliner, it’s impressive that it’s under $10. You get the qualities that you love about high-end makeup for a drugstore makeup price.
Waterproof
This is one of the best waterproof eyeliners I have used. After drying, I tested Jonteblu eyeliner on my arm and scrubbed it with water. It looks the same. There was zero difference between the two, which made it impossible to take before and after pictures.

Although Jonteblu does not advertise its cruelty free status on its website as much as other brands do, you can find it on its Instagram account.
It Is One Of The Best Eyeliners For Hooded Eyes

The felt tip has a thin and thick part, making it perfect for any look. To create a thin line, use the tip. There is a tiny bit of a learning curve, but it won’t take long to get the hang of it.

The Felt Tip Is Chunky
The felt tip on this liquid eyeliner pencil is a bit thick. There is not as much flexibility in the felt tip as in other eyeliner pencils. However, this makes it a great eyeliner for beginners or people with shaky hands.
It Can Be Harder To Fix Mistakes
This is a fast-drying liquid eyeliner. It doesn’t come off with just any cleansing wipe, either. Because of that, it can require more effort to fix mistakes. Keep some concealer handy to make sure that you can cover mistakes. If that isn’t an option, consider a cotton swab with some makeup remover.
Not Widely Available

It Does Not Last 24 Hours
The staying power that this eyeliner has is incredible. However, it doesn’t last 24 hours like it’s advertised. It’s more like a 12-hour eyeliner. By hour 13 (only 7:30 at night), my eyeliner had flaked and cracked in various spots. I appreciate that it did not smear onto my lower eyelid, but it would have been nice if it had lasted from the time it was applied until I took it off.
Is It Worth It?
Jonteblu Liquid Eyeliner 24 Hour Formula is well worth the cheap price they are charging for it. They could charge more for these products and they would still be worth it. This is one of the best eyeliners if you have hooded eyes or oily eyelids. It can hold up to humidity, and oil and doesn’t run down your face. I’m planning on buying more as soon as this one runs out.
