Although this liner is supposed to be 24/7, it stays exactly as I applied it in the morning for up to ten hours if I don’t set it with anything. When the long-lasting finish does start to fade away, it’s not in clumps like some liquid liners.
It slowly slides slightly to the outside corner or toward my lash line. The line looks thinner instead of it being smeared across my face or me suddenly having raccoon eyes.
