How To Use Herbivore Prism Glow Facial

Herbivore prism

Use Herbivore Prism Glow Facial as you would other exfoliants. Apply to clean, dry skin. Make sure to use a thin layer. You only need a little bit to achieve radiant skin! Allow the mask to work for 10-15 minutes. Then, rinse the product off with warm water. Personally, I use it in the shower, let it work while washing my hair, and then switch to warm water to rinse it off. You can also use this face mask as you would any other face mask you have to wash off.

If you have sensitive skin, it’s important to test a small patch of skin first. Watch for signs of irritation. Those with sensitive skin types may experience more drastic side effects or irritation than others. If you don’t know your skin type, test a small patch of skin and watch for an adverse reaction. Then, if you don’t notice any, you can use it on your entire face. Only leave it on for five minutes instead of the 10-15 minutes.

Herbivore Prism Glow Facial Pros Vs. Cons

There are quite a few people that tried this mask and fell head over heels in love, myself included. However, there are a few things to remember before deciding whether you should spend the money on it.

Pros

Potent Blend Of Good For You Ingredients

You won’t find parabens or sulfates on the ingredient list. You also won’t find unnatural ingredients, unnatural preservatives, or even artificial colors. Every ingredient is carefully selected, from the best BHA and AHA ingredients to the rose hydrosol. After using this facial treatment, you’ll be able to tell a difference. Your skin will look like clean skin, and feel so much better.

Herbivore Prism Keeps Skin Hydrated

We all know that the secret to youthful skin is hydrated skin. The naturally derived sodium hyaluronate in this facial mask helps your face retain plenty of water. It both hydrates your skin and makes sure that it stays hydrated. If you’re concerned about dull skin, consider a face mask like this one that helps truly hydrate skin.

Tightens Skin

This face mask is wonderful at tightening the skin. After one use, you can’t help but notice that your skin feels both tighter and firmer. It’s the equivalent of enjoying the facial experience at home!

Beautiful Packaging And Product

Usually, the appearance of a product doesn’t make it on the pros list, but you can’t help but notice how gorgeous this product is. The rose gold color is unique and beautiful. A glass jar perfectly showcases the product and makes it look more luxurious.

A Little Goes A Long Way

Although this product is a bit on the expensive side, you’ll quickly find that a small amount of product goes a long way. You only have to dip your finger into the jar and slowly swipe it across your face. This single jar can last for months!

Moisturizing

This face mask is very moisturizing. You’ll notice that your skin both looks and feels softer. I tend to get dry skin along my jawline, and it worked wonderfully! This is a must have if you have dry or dull skin skin throughout the winter. You’ll start enjoying brighter skin soon after you start using it!

Minimizes The Appearance Of Pores

I have huge pores. When I don’t use certain products that are designed to minimize the appearance of pores, you can definitely see them. I noticed a huge difference once I started using this mask. It could easily replace a few products in my skincare arsenal! If you’re concerned with the appearance of pores, this Herbivore Botanicals product is worth considering.

Doesn’t Leave My Skin Feeling Sensitive

Some exfoliating products can leave my skin feeling sensitive. After using them, my face gets irritated easily. It’s as though I have suddenly developed sensitive skin! I did not have to deal with that when using this product.

Evens Skin Texture

Having rough skin is a huge problem, especially if you enjoy wearing makeup. It can make your makeup look bumpy and patchy instead of flawless. A few uses of this jelly-textured face mask helped me have a more even skin texture!

Cons

The Price

While the Herbivore Prism Glow Facial is cheaper than some options, such as 111Skin products, it is more expensive than your favorite drugstore brands. You can find it for almost $60 on Amazon. On the other hand, it will give you amazing results!

Tingling Is Normal

It’s normal to feel a tingling sensation after applying this treatment mask. While this is normal, I personally did not like it. It’s not a deal breaker, but I would appreciate it if it weren’t there. People with sensitive skin may experience more tingling or burning than other people, so it’s important to test the Herbivore Prism facial on a small patch of skin before applying it to the entire face.

Mild Redness Is Normal

This is another thing that is not a deal breaker for me, but it’s not one of my favorite things about this product. It can take a few hours to go away in some cases, but experiencing mild redness after using this Herbivore Prism facial is considered normal. If you experience more than slight redness, consider discontinuing the use of the product.

Harder To Wash Off Than You Would Expect

After this mask dries on your face, it tends to feel a bit like slime. It’s harder to rinse off than you would expect. This is especially true if you accidentally use more than you intend to. Remember that a little bit goes a long way, and it’s easier to wash off.

Personally, I used it in the shower instead of using a rag for easier removal.
