You can apply coat after coat of Urban Decay Perversion Mascara to get longer, stronger, and darker lashes. However, this formula is so dark and volumizing that you won’t need several coats to get badder lashes.

Cons
Can Clump
As with any volumizing mascara, it can clump. The more formula coats you apply, the more it can clump. However, it’s not so bad that you can’t get the clumps out with a comb or your fingers. I experienced a small amount of clumping and easily brushed the few clumps out for a clean, clump-free finish.
Flakes At The End Of The Day
As the day goes on, you can experience a little flaking. This is more likely to happen if you apply multiple coats of mascara. You can apply fewer coats to enjoy less flaking.
Takes A Bit To Remove All Of The Mascara
The creamy formula of Urban Decay Perversion Mascara is one of the things I love about it, but it tends to get absorbed by the eyelashes. This allows the complex blend of ingredients to provide deep nourishment to lashes, but you’ll wake up with raccoon eyes if you don’t make sure that you get it all off at the end of the night. Use an oil-based makeup remover to make removing this mascara easier.
It’s Not Smudge Proof
One of my biggest pet peeves is that this mascara seems almost flawless. It gives you beautiful lashes and seems like the perfect mascara. Then, it smudged on me. However, you can combat that with setting powder or some Urban Decay Setting Spray. They’ll work nicely to keep your mascara in place all day long.
